PLANT GUARENTEE

At the Garden Shop at Select Growers, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality locally sourced plants and products. We grow many of our own plants on-site and also carefully select other products to ensure the highest quality. We are confident in the quality of our plants, which is why we offer a guarantee for our trees and shrubs only. Proper planting and watering are crucial for the health of your new plants, and we are here to help you with advice and support.

Trees & Shrubs are guaranteed for 1 year at a one-time replacement value toward another plant of equal or lesser value.

​

Trees & Shrubs planted in containers or left in the nursery container instead of being planted in the ground are excluded from this guarantee.

​

All Annual Flowers, Perennials, Groundcovers, Vegetables, Hanging Baskets, Houseplants, Tropicals & Potted Planters are guaranteed for 30 days at a 50% one-time replacement value towards another plant of equal or lesser value.

If you notice that your plant is exhibiting signs of distress, please take photos from different angles (far away, medium distance, and a close-up of the foliage) as well as a description of your issue and contact us as soon as possible at megan@selectgrowers.com. Our garden experts will work with you to identify the issue and provide recommendations for treatment of any plant.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to deny any guarantee claims that we determine to be fraudulent or suspicious in nature.
