All sales are final and sold as-is on seasonal merchandise, special orders and clearance items.

All live goods have a 72 hour return/exchange policy with a receipt and must be returned in the quality in which they were purchased or it will not qualify for a return or exchange.

Any hard good product carries a 7-day return, exchange, or credit with receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Trees & Shrubs are guaranteed for 1 year at a one time replacement value toward another plantof equal or lesser value.

​

Trees & Shrubs planted in containers, left in the nursery container instead of being planted

in the ground, or lost due to severe weather are excluded from this guarantee.

All Annual Flowers, Perennials, Groundcovers, Vegetables, Hanging Baskets, Houseplants, Tropicals & Potted Planters are guaranteed for 30 days at a 50% one time replacement value towards another plant of equal or lesser value.
